Getting Around Things...
i'm getting the hang of this blog thing. it's actually nice to have some online journal of sort, i couldn't find anytime to write in my 'real journal' anyway, besides, this thing is more creative.
i haven't left the house for three days... it's getting excruciatingly boring!!! (well, partly 'coz i don't have money to spend anyway, my funds are down, down, down...) it'll take me quite a while to squeeze some money... anyway, got plans for saturday.
been reading grisham's rainmaker for the past few days, actually, i've started monday. it's amazing how this book tackles the hardship that all of us lawstudents are suffering, or are about to suffer, especially how he describes the eerie feeling of ante/post bar exams. (i feel for you bro!!!)
i've also finished the king of torts last week, breath taking! But it seems john grisham never wrote anything with a happy ending (well, except for 'A Time to Kill' maybe).
my three weeks of sembreak is spilling fast, and i still want to do alot of things. there are only two obstacles to to their execution, to wit: (1) money... or the lack thereof; and (2) couldn't get a good sked to round up all my friends. well, that's life, everybody's grown-up. :P
I'm planning on reading some (well, at least one) joanne harris books... i just discovered them last friday at powerbooks greenbelt, funny, 'coz its just recently that i found them on the shelf, they're not that new, well, maybe the latest bookcover, and it looks really attractive, especially 'holy fools'. Carol said joanne harris was the author of Chocolat... then everything she wrote must be good.
funny what law school can do to a person... YOU JUST CAN'T HELP BUT READ!!! hahaha!
