ad astra...

okay... for whatever it's worth... in this worthless blog... i'd just like to say that this will be my last entry... at least for the next ten days. examination week is up and about... and just this afternoon i'm already having panic attacks and i'm incapable of deciding which subject should i first burn my brows with. the week will be worse than hell. mornings at the lonesome carrels in the graduate school library... coffee... fifteen minute naps... gargantuan eyebags... such are the least of my problems for the next ten days. pray... dear law students... pray hard. pray well.

it is our last day with ninang today. the three sections under her made some remarkable gimmickery. they sang... and sang more. and laughed so hard. what made the transition from morbid recitation mode to a light faces was the Administrative Law anthem... "I GET SO WEAK ON THE KNEES... I CAN HARDLY SPEAK, I LOSE ALL CONTROL"

the moment the first line of the chorus was spoken, it elicited chuckles from the Queen and her imperial quasi-lawyer subjects. and then it was bashing time... the ever so funny comedian-fatale 'internal president' of section 2c... (mind you, we have three presidents... an external, an internal, and an underground)... since Her Majesty loved to be praised... then a comedic praise there was. Nakuha ni Dandan ang kiliti ng dalawang section at ni Ninang.

It was a good way to end the semester full of fear, sheer terror and nightmares. She said in her valedictory, that she saw the fear in our eyes the first time she entered our class. Now, the fear is gone... what is left is admiration for such a beautiful and bright woman... always in full regalia... prim and proper... Her Majesty... Assistant Solicitor General Amy Lazaro-Javier.

My father accidentally discovered my blog!!! he apparently was searching for 'family roots' and ancestral thingies in the internet... when the damn search engine yielded my name... and of course, logically, i am not the only Rommel Bernardo in the universe (there's even a Rommel Bernardo-AbuBakar...) but the all knowing--- all powerful search engine gave me away!!!! it wasn't exactly my blogsite that it yielded... but Cecille's... which has my Full name LINKED to my blog... naturally... under the circumstances... it would yield.

Now that I am found out... shall i continue with this?!!! or shall i reprimand cecilia mauri for incriminating me through that unwarranted mode of discovery?

Now, i'm thinking of writing a treatise about the constitutional implications of blogging, with regard to privacy, right against self-incrimination, to be secure in one's papers or property, etc... and whether or not the electronic evidence act covers such... i'm dead... or am i not?
