Much a do about " doin' nuthin' "...
There’s a certain comfort, which I can extract from days of not going anywhere. For one, I find the solitude soothing; the quiet in my room is far better than the quiet in the library. I’ve already shelved my law books (weighing about a ton each) about a week ago, as well as my mountainous compilation of cases --- all segregated by subjects and neatly placed in orange filing envelopes. I haven’t been this organized in years. Though, actually, I’m inclined to believe that I only became this organized since I stepped into lawschool. Maybe Joyce’s obsessive-compulsive behavior has rubbed on to me for the past year or so. At any rate, I’m proud it did. :P
I haven’t really planned on doing anything for the next weeks or so, well, except for the thrashing and bashing party on Saturday with some friends. I just wanna enjoy the slow movement of things before the new professors from hell bombard us with God-knows-what.
At least, I’ve planned on reading two more books for the next two weeks; Joanne Harris’ “Holy Fools” and Pearl Buck’s “The Good Earth”. It’s about time I delve away from gruesome grisham thrillers. I had enough of legal dram… ‘coz my life’s already a big legal drama unfolding.
Of course, I’ve also planned on watching some good films, whatever comes up for the next two weeks… a really good remedy when boredom catches up on you.

One might ask: “What’s the fuzz about law school, and why everybody in it seems to make a big deal out of it?”
The answer is simple: “It is where the thin line between intelligence and insanity turns into a gray area. And definitely, you can’t spell out the difference. :P

So far, so good. Can’t wait ‘til I get bored of blogging, or else get too busy to make any entries whatsoever.
BTW, this word ‘blog’ reminds me of something… or someone, for that matter.
Today’s Obiter Dictum:
“Never accept defeat, for we are born to be winners.”
