of life lessons learned and other things superficial

ok, it's about time to think seriously about the things that happened in my life in 2004. things worth remembering, and things worth the penalty of voluntary amnesia.

1. i've learned that love may come immediately after love, though in a sordid, evil kind of way, it may still be worth every minute of it.
2. i've learned that's it's fine for a woman to mess with a man's feelings, but not for a man to mess with a woman's feelings.
3. a woman will always be a girl, no matter what.
4. love can be found in the most unlikely place
5. love can be uncompromising, and it's worth it.
6. former loved ones maybe forgiven, under any given circumstance
7. there is no true happiness in law school, all is maya... an illusion
8. there is happiness in hell... that is... law school.
9. such happiness is fleeting
10. life is still beautiful, no matter what happens
11. i learned the true value of money
12. there is more beauty to see out there, beyond the sea
13. i've officially become a heretic
14. life is full of suffering... and to conquer suffering is worth every cent
15. every person experiences hardships... whether in work or in grad school... only the manner of suffering differs.
16. dreams are meant to be fulfilled, not just be dreamnt
17. i found nemo in Panglao island
18. there are people who were truly born weird, and you have to live with that fact
19. friendship is constantly being tested
20. true friendship withstands the test of time.
