Tiring Day
Yesterday was the worst day ever. Talk about mental anguish, emotional distress, physical fatigue, you name it, I got it. I have to study six subjects today. The most painful part of it is how do you manage to study them all, at the same time not cause any harm to your health and keep your insanity in check.
This is by far the worst semester ever. It's the damn fucking schedule of subjects! GRRR! If I could just kill Atty. Culing for giving us the damn freaky subjects and freaky professors. TAO LANG KAME, HINDI KAME GOD!
These are the times that I curse myself for entering law school. But, come to think of it, I've already gone this far, three semesters without major glitches, aside from the usual angsty reasons... You just gotta learn how to become numb and not concern yourself with whatever emotional or academic failures you might encounter.
It will pass eventually.
The pain will go away.
The suffering will end.
Now, i'm very much convinced with the buddhist truism that life is full of suffering. But i cannot completely detach myself from the world to end it. The remedy is stoicism.
We've met at last Atty. Palacios, our professor in transportation law. Me and Kuya Lon dubbed him “grandpa” (go figure!). He reminds me actually of my grandfather when he was a bit younger. Parang lagi kang bibigyan ng pera kapag humingi ka. Hehehe. He's a man whom I can describe as someone who aged gracefully.
I pray that all these end soon before my brain breaches its skull cavity and causes a mess on the floor.
