everybody's buzzing about the cd/tape otherwise dubbed as the Gloriagate scandal... people... listen!
No. 1. It is inadmissible as evidence, being obtained in violation of RA 4200, otherwise known as the anti-wire tapping act, thus, within the realm of the exclusionary evidence rule.
No. 2. there is nothing in the cd/tape which says there is/was an intent to commit election fraud, neither was there any proof that it was committed/consummated
No. 3. It is irrelevant, it is incompetent, it is inadmissible.
that is... in the Judicial Department. Legally speaking, it is worthless...
On the other hand, the Political branches have their own agenda.

Stir the hearts, minds and curiousity of the people... baseless as it may be... that's how politics work.
